I’m tired of wondering where my body went. I’m tired of not doing anything to lose weight and stay healthy. So, today, I’m starting a diet and exercise regimen. I started the blog so that I can admit I need to lose weight (not just to myself, but to you… whoever you are). I believe this will help me stay motivated. Now, about me: I’m 24 (as of January 15th, 2008). I live in Greenville, NC and attend East Carolina University. I am in a long-term relationship with a man who has seen me at my lowest (weight: 130) and my highest (weight: 290). He has loved me unconditionally through it all. I’d like him to see that sexy person he met 5 years ago.
