Weight Loss Journal
I created these documents to put in a weight loss journal. They are meant to keep me organized and motivated. Feel free to use them for your own journal.
The Daily Schedule — This starts on Sunday, January 27, 2008 and ends on Friday, February 29, 2008. Remember if you OPEN these files, you must press BACK to get to the blog again. If you SAVE, it will be saved to your computer. If you are wary about saving files from the internet (as you should be!), you can PREVIEW or just OPEN to make sure there is no virus before you SAVE.
Hourly Schedule — A half-hour/hour schedule to keep your days organized. e.g. Monday 6:30am Eat Breakfast- Monday 7:00am Workout, etc
Long Term-Short Term Goals — A list of my long term and short term goals that I put in the front of my journal. You can change the goals if SAVE and then delete row by row and insert your own goals.
February Calendar — A monthly calendar for February, so you can list important dates and such.
March Calendar — Same as above, except it’s March.
April Calendar — Same as above, but April
Notes — I printed out one of these for each week. I will list changes I notice, things I want to change in exercise or diet, revised goals, or just how you feel after a week of successful dieting
